did you make the clouds and the sky and the grime around the edge?
How did you do it? was it in PS with one of the clouds filters and layer masks or something? and the grime?? Is that some kinda crazy effects with noise filter? or did you just paint it all by hand?
do you use a graphics tablet?
I bet I'm waayy off haha
